15 Students Killed when Bus Tips Over and Crashes
A bus carrying college students collided with an SUV and overturned, killing 15 students, aged 21–23, in Malaysia. The bus was carrying students from the Sultan Idris Education University when they were returning to campus after a festive break. The bus returned to school at 1 a.m. yesterday, but collided with an SUV near the a rest stop and then overturned. According to official news released by the Perak state of Malaysia, a total of 48 people were involved in the accident. Among them, 13 people died on the spot, another 2 died after being sent to the hospital, and 4 people were injured. |
