1 Killed, 3 Shot and Injured During Armored Van Robbery
Brazil, A man died and three other people were shot during an attempted robbery of an armored vehicle around 2.15 PM last Saturday (04). According to the Military Police, a group of criminals tried to rob an armored van owned by the company TB Forte, which supplied the ATM at a supermarket. During the robbery, there was a confrontation between the suspects and the security guards of the vehicle. Four people were shot. One of them died. One of the assailants was shot and killed on the spot. One of the carrier's security guards was hit in the leg and sent to a local hospital. A woman was injured by a gunshot wound to the leg. However, the police still do not know if she was a customer of the supermarket or a participant in the attempted robbery. Another woman fell and injured her hand while running. The two women were taken to the Emergency Room at the State Hospital. A second criminal was grazed on the head and hand. The man, who wore a bulletproof vest and fled in a gray Polo Sedan vehicle, clashed with the military police about 1 km from the crime scene and was arrested. In the vehicle used by the suspects to carry out the theft, an Israeli pistol, five rifle carriers, helmet, shield and ballistic vest were found. The case will be referred to the DHPP (Homicide Protection Department). |

I see 2 men dead and 1 man alive and bleeding heavily. Security guard shot in leg. 2 women injured. So that’s 4 people injured and 2 dead. Confusing description vs me trying to make sense of it: Guy with vest drove car away but was arrested. Also guy with vest in picture is shot to death. Guy without vest is behind the wheel, shot to death. Passenger from that car, injured. The description given doesn’t really make sense!   |
