Re: 1 Dead, 5 Injured After Boat Explosion at Marina in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
What in the fuck kind of firefighting response was that to pull the hose out minutes later and just leave it on the deck? Don’t even bother |

Re: 1 Dead, 5 Injured After Boat Explosion at Marina in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
I am not surprised. That particular marina is terrible. I was a frequent user because I purchased an apartment off 15 st. Now, Florida truly sucks. Especially with insurance. I have seen so many unsafe practices from staff and owners alike that I am truly amaze how these types of accident do not occur more often. Most people do not realize how dangerous those power boats can be. I always stay away from them because most of those owners do not have a clue in boat safety. Florida is all hype and full of idiots trowing money around like there is no tomorrow. I remember the days in which the marina was a down to earth. Now, is often used by corporation owned vessels.

FUCK ME!! I will keep that in mind if I ever am in a Marina in Florida! I always thought: "Oh, you fell overboard in the marina! Just climb back out and dry yourself off." That would be hard to do with a shark attached to your leg! |

Being a bit of a fisherman myself, I did notice the fish swimming around, matter of fact, it's the first thing that I noticed before I saw the boat coming apart at the seams, just like lifting the hood on a car & then snap back shut in a blink of an eye into a perfect fit. P.S 7 outa 10 for the backflip of the stern. RIP & Get Well Soon. |
