Yeah i thought that when i watched it, i think i was 13 when i first saw this video. My guess to why he is shot, he looks like he is trying to escape, trys to run, realises he shouldnt run because they might shoot him, so he starts to walk with his hands over his face...but still gets shot. Maybe they thought he was going to do something? Their probably just power hungry pricks though |

There's a story to it somewhere. From what I understand, the two most popular theories are.. 1. Simply a case of a cop who had a gun and was a little too on edge 2. This was a hostage situation and one of the hostage takers was trying to get away under the guise of one of the hostages (Unlikely but possible) |
