Not sure where the bullet is, but that's a chest tube they are putting in. You can hear him when he cries out that they are introducing the "sterile" chest tube with the hemostats (used to punch through the pleura) 4th or 5th intercostal space, mid-axillary line. Taking it pretty well, I must say. |
