A young man's hand is cut off in the middle of a quarrel in Villas de Aranjuez. Just as he was about to return to his residence, a young man was a victim of another person who assaulted him with a knife so much so that he cut off his hand to his enemy. The incident was recorded in the Villas de Aranjuez neighborhood at noon today and the victim who has not yet been identified was transferred to a care center for the reconstruction of his limb.
