Young Man Tries to Kill Himself by Eating Glass
On the afternoon of 10th April 2019 in Higüey (Dominican Republic), W.P. tried to end his life by eating glass. 'W' wrote a letter explaining that his girlfriend's parents didn't agree with their relationship + he couldn't go on without her. The letter read: We do not know that God allowed us to get together, if He wanted to separate us like that, 'P' you know well that I loved you and I will continue to love you. Your family does not agree with our relationship, I just lost everything because I can not see you and I will not be able to see our children coming along the way. I think I can not take it anymore and I do not know if I can live without you, I love you very much Att. W.P. - (I leave your mother's number and your father's number.) I love you, 'P', I love you even if I'm in heaven. All thanks to your family, I hope they give you all the love that I will not be able to give you. 'W' was taken to the hospital but his condition is unknown.

appears like he wanted more attention and sympathy than anything else. He had to have known that swallowing that stuff was only 50/50 at best.

There is a scene in Mirrors 2 where a guy eats glass with a gruesome result. It makes me wince and cover my mouth every time I watch it. |

It would be disheartening maybe, if he was force-fed glass. He willingly chugged pieces of glass, though.  He gets zero sympathy from me.  |
