Young Man Shot Through Both Eyes in Brazil, 2020
August 2020 in Rodrigues Alves (Caxias, Brazil), a young man was shot in his eyes with a rifle. It's said that he's a bandit.

How would one shoot someone through the eyes with a rifle and not blow off their head? Or nose |
