That's one of the aspects of this video that make me suspicious  about it's authenticity. I'm no medical doctor, but who is gonna worry about fixing their mask when half their leg has been degloved?

That bone sticking out is called the left tibia, and it has a compound fracture at the distal end. It's either an oblique or a spiral fracture, but I can't tell which one exactly because the camera guy sucks for not getting any better angles! Thanks for sharing the video

So it turns out they're speaking Spanish! All credit for the interpretation goes to my friend who is a university graduate (we can trust her interpretation)❤️The people are asking him "why did you steal?" and "You like to steal huh lazy ass? Maybe a cellphone will heal your leg." Then one guy says, "the one from the car ran him over." So now we know that he is a thief who was most likely stealing a cellphone, and a car ran him over... I have no idea how he could get ran over WHILE HE'S IN THAT NARROW SPOT, but that's what the people in the video are saying  |
