The reason why in China it always seems like the people are cold, or just stand and watch is really not the peoples fault. I remember hearing before that China has some messed up laws where if you help a victim, you can be sued by the family or blamed for their death just for trying to help. People also tend to accuse those who do help as having some kind of motive for notoriety. So its understandable that they would not want to get too close, it shouldn't be that way but it is. I'm just glad where I live people think different. Hopefully this girl survived, too young to die from such a preventable accident...shame on her caregivers.
