Re: Wtf Happened to His Arm

looks to me like he fractured it and let it repair naturally :o probably wrong though, if it was the case surely he could have it resnapped and splinted ^^

Re: Wtf Happened to His Arm

I've seen the 3rd pic a few times. Seems like a arm break that he didn't repair.

Re: Wtf Happened to His Arm

I have read about this guy somewhere that he fractured his arm and he let it heal 'naturally'. Looks freaky to me though.

Plumber with shattered arm left horrifically bent out of shape has operation 'cancelled four times'

A plumber whose arm was left twisted grotesquely out of shape in an accident ten months ago has had an operation to correct it 'cancelled four times'.

Torron Eeles, 50, has been left unable to work since falling down the stairs and now fears he may lose his home after being denied incapacity benefit.

The father-of-three today hit out at the NHS for the 'unacceptable delays', but East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust said Mr Eeles had his operation cancelled on 'only' two occasions on clinical safety grounds.

His left arm has hung limply by his side since he fractured the humerus bone in December 2008.

Mr Eeles, from Welham Green, Hertfordshire, applied for employment and support allowance but a doctor ruled he is ineligible for both because he can turn on a tap.

Re: Wtf Happened to His Arm

First time poster here (hi all!) and really cant believe this isnt a fake, even in the busiest hospitals, the A&E dept would have put this in a correct sling and sent him up to a surgical/ orthopaedic ward while he waited for his op, yes they can be cancelled for several days if not life threatening due to more `important` operations jumping the queue (i.e. life threatening stuff which a broken arm usually isnt)

I work on an orthopaedic ward and see humeral fractures often, as a gut instinct I would say this has to be fake, certainly wouldnt happen in any semi developed country at any rate If it was `hanging limply at his side` to quote the report, why has it set in such a strange manner? if you hang your arm by your side your humerus, if fractured, would naturally fall into a much straighter position than the pics suggest!
