Squamos cell skin cancer can be very aggressive, even with good medical care it often does not respond to treatment and is fatal..Smoking and drinking are just some of the risk factors-any one of you could get it. I've seen it on the nose, chin, in the mouth and on the external labia. Melanoma gets a lot of attention-if caught early it usually responds to treatment. Most people have never heard of squamous call.
