Tibet? After death the burn and chop the body up and leave it to the elements. Fascinating. note no fear on the childrens faces, it is a fact of their life and they deal with it well. |

I hope for that poor kids sake, he passed away. He doesn't have any muscles left on his arms, they're down to bone, infection will set in very quickly, especially in a 3rd world country. That so called nurse has a hatchet/bone knife? What's up with that, with the other children looking on? CRAZY!

Actually i've read that this is a dead nun whose dying wish was for her to be cooked and ate by the orphans at her orphanage so they wouldn't go hungry
