lol after feeling sick after seeing all the magots feeding on people here, makes me wonder how the magots know when to stop eating this guy? Do the doctors simply remove them after they clear the crap flesh? lol I dunno I'm gonna go with that since magots will feed on a fresh penis or boys brain or guy's foot, even if they are dirty, they're nowhere near as filthy as that infection.
