Actually seen a lady in my city at the grocery store that had elephantiasis.. had to stop myself from gawking at her..was only her left leg.. like a blob. at first I just thought she had "Gankles"...but i had gotten closer and seen it..was just one leg..flabbed out..
that sounds more like lymphodema. Since elephantiasis is readily treatable it's very rare in the developed world.

Well, didn't have a camera on me..would feel weird taking pictures of someone without permission, and highly doubt she'd approve of me taking the picture. lol

She wasn't overweight really, just her one calf/ankle..

I meant the leg must have been heavy.
