Worker Fell from a Height Onto a Piece of Rebar
Dagestan. A 24-year-old man who fell from a height onto a piece of rebar was rescued at the Derbent Central City Hospital. The rebar went right through his chest, hitting vital organs. The doctors who arrived sawed off the rebar and took the victim to the hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery. The chest was opened, organs were restored, bleeding was stopped, and tissue was treated. The patient is recovering and is preparing to be discharged.   |
