honestly looks like he had a small explosive go off in his ass and the family delayed seeking medical attention cause...well who does that. The other lesions on his skin are a mystery to me. Also it seems like the woman is trying to stop him from touching himself? I mean yes his ass is obliterated but imagine how his taint and genitals must feel. I would be defensively cupping my junk in this situation too.

Looks like this genetic thing called epidermolysis bullosa. Krokodil is mostly a Russian/Balkan IV drug user thing. These guys look like Cambodia / Laos? There's also that blotchiness around the blisters you dont really see in Krok. Poor fuck......I dunno  · |

I disagree Note the protruding nodules which are clearly visible on the video, plus the cafe au leit spots and a complete lack of bullous desquamation consistent with epidermolysis bullosa |
