Not Kaposi's, given the size of some of the areas, and I don't think it's AID's related at all. Definitely not bed sores and it doesn't look like any of the Krokodil stuff I've seen. It's entirely possible that it is a skin condition, untreated and spreading, without the person being a drug addict etc....
