Woman's Face Eaten by Her Own Dog
Apparently, the woman had fallen ill + hadn't been able to feed her dog. Desperate for food, the dog munched away at it's owner's face.

When police got to the scene, the dog was covered in blood and they pulled hair and tissue out of its mouth. Unfortunately the patient died of sepsis days later.

You have to be super sick to not move when someone is eating your face.  The woman from France who had a face transplant needed one because she was too high off of her own pills and her Labrador ate her face. |

You'd think that a dog that's hungry would start eating anything but the face.. It's the part with the least meat.
