Woman Suicide Attempt by Jumping from Bridge into River
Leaving her two-year-old son on the bridge, 23-year-old Madhuri Rajini tried to commit suicide by jumping into the Krishna river in India on 19 February. Some local people jumped into the waters and saved her. The incident was captured on CCTV cameras installed at the barrage. Almost three years ago, Madhuri had married Eswar Reddy and they had a son together. However, both of them began fighting due to a number of issues, which ranged from relatives to financial issues, which led her to take the extreme step. The police registered a case and summoned Eswar Reddy to counsel them. |
