Woman That Stole 4 Brazilian Real Shot Through Her Right Hand
On 20/11 the MP was called by Regional Hospital Staff after a woman came in that was shot through her hand. The victim was shot in her right hand, according to information she would have stolen an amount of 4 reais, 1.23 USD, in the community consequently was punished by the members of a drug gang. The goal is to inhibit petty thefts and prevent police from making community rounds, thus not disrupting the drug trade. "This year is the third time that police record this type of action. We have information that a faction uses this criminal mechanism as punishment. |
