Woman Stabbed Cabbie in Shoulder when She Didn't Want to Pay for Waiting Time
In the Moscow area a woman in a taxi wanted to stop by a store but did not intend to pay for the waiting time.( 190 Rubles/$2,34). A verbal altercation began, during which the woman took a knife out of her bag and stabbed the driver.  ·  · |
