The victim was a known drug user. One of her hand was also chopped off (possibly defensive wound.)

felipim was released as he had nothing to do with the attack. Cops arrested bruno now and will charge him for attempted murder. Reason for the attack is unknown yet but bet it has to do with drug money

cruelty shows no limits in Brazil.
