I've only had a couple of little whiteheads so I used a pin dipped in alcohol and put Neosporin on it.

I pulled out a couple of ingrown hairs, with tweezers dipped in alcohol followed by Neosporin, too. NOT like the guys on here had removed surgically, and NOT on my ass FYI, lol!

That's my solution to almost everything. When I cut my finger slicing open a box at my last job, I used hydrogen peroxide and Neosporin, but, it wouldn't stop bleeding. I needed 6 or 7 stitches.
Then, I couldn't type.

It was more of a PITA than anything else.

Thats a furuncle a single hair folicle that got infected...

When a bunch of hairs get infected under the dermis.. Its referred to as a carbuncle..

Nasty none the less.. Poor personal hygeine
