These "surgeons" had no idea what they were doing? Why did they make 2 cuts, and why where they using the pliers to pull the skin away instead of cutting one small opening and pressing the puss out?

they make 2 cuts because a small cut would just heal and the infection would just start all over again meaning a second operation would be needed, they also remove the section of skin to pack the wound so it heals from the inside out....they are using forceps not pliers , pliers are used in orthopaedics not general surgery lol
