I wonder if it was a gender reassignment surgery, the penis itself doesn’t really look like a real one - no distinct head separation from shaft and I think the surgery went good but later there was an infection that developed.

this is a sex change gone super wrong. everything about the stitching looks fucked. i have nothing but sympathy for this guy. there's a reason ftm trans people do metoidioplasty more often now. working with existing biology is a lot safer and looks less... fake as fuck lol
not to mention you have to take a chunk out of the arm or thigh for this procedure, so his arm probably also looks hellish. phalloplasty is such an archaic procedure. idk why anyone would do it.
