No rings, or loose jewlery. DUH! I learned that in eighth grade metals class. Lol, they showed us a movie with pics like this to show us why they have rules in metals class. I was the only girl in class, and of the three that had to leave the room I was most certainly not one of them. Had a passion for gore even then. It's no wonder I wound up on this site, and that I still have all my digits. I paid attention. He was prolly one of the guys that had to leave the room to barf.

This picture is shown to new members of the Air Force to drive home the idea that you're not supposed to wear jewelry on the flightline. The man in this picture was wearing his ring, and when he jumped out of a hatch, the ring caught on a bolt and ripped his skin off. Cool picture! |
