if this is normal for body mods then he deffo has a problem, ive never seen mutilation considered to be a modification , i cant see any use in that and modification usually means its functional or the function has changed, and what hes done to himself isnt functional for anything!

It's body mod in the extreme, called a penectomy. He inserted a catheter in his urethra before the procedure to help him urinate during the procedure and healing.

i agree he has issues but it is not that uncommon for men to do this, also women cut off their labia with razors and god knows what. Bod mod or BDD they both have issues with themselves
