Apparently this man is a hobo. I head he rolls his hair up to use as a pillow. I think somewhere in New York? Anyone know more than I do?

This looks like Plica, a disease mostly in Polish people who don't believe in washing their hair. The hair appears to be rosined together. Washing would cure it as well as prevent it.

I don't even know where to start with what's wrong with that comment. Plica is a condition of the synovial fluid in the knee. Also, I fail to see what being Polish would have to do with it.  |
