I am a cosmetology student and those dread weren't even done right, nor were they even maintenance right. First off, dreads are meant to be washed and throughly dried, second off, people put all kinds of shit in their dreads to hold it in and that's what causes the crap to rot and mildew. Third off, it looks like he attempted the neglect method and you aren't even supposed to do that.
