yes....i know what probiotics are for. if you come in with a tongue that is coated with a white gunk and your doctor says, "oh, just eat some probiotics" run... |

Alcoholics have similar problems like this with discoloration of the tongue.. turns yellow/white. Mine did.. would brush it, use a scraper etc..did nothing...quit drinking and it went away..doctor told me that was the cause of it..was annoying.. |

I eat lots of yogurt. The kind with no flavoring. No nothing but just plain ole greek yogurt. But I do top it with Hershey's Chocolate and fresh blueberries...... |
