 how awful. one of my aunts died that way from lung cancer. after the diagnosis, in about 2 months , she looked like this guy. then she died. She was a heavy smoker.excellent post  |

Death happens, were all going to die, so  ing difference does it make anyway? If smoking takes me out then they damn well better bury me with a pack in my hand and stand around the coffin smoking one for me before they cover me with dirt!

BTW my mom told me about five minutes before my grandfather passed he was talking to deceased coworkers and loved ones and reached into what he thought was his shirt pocket and pulled out a cigarette and was "smoking" and shooting the shit with em. I have faith now that there are no NO SMOKING signs in heaven...and no he did not die of cancer.

Some of us are just to damn smart to indulge in such a dirty, smelly pointless way of being fashionable. And lets face it, 90% of smokers did do it to look cool, way back in the beginning. Stupid pricks. |

I smoke. I like smoking. I am aware of, and accept the consequences. There is an increased risk of developing cancer yes - but it is not absolutely guaranteed. This guy took the risk - and suffered the consequences. That's life.
