Just saw this on another website and I think it's good that he's got a bit of humour about it. I'd be devastated if I lost a foot!

This is youtube user "Donsfoot." He answers some questions and elaborates more about how he's going to make his cane on his youtube page. Among them:

-- He injured it on the job and it was causing chronic pain, so he had it amputated

-- As to how he was allowed to keep it, he says "I just asked the Surgeon, Was told it mine just to pick it up when i go home"

i have to wonder how he managed to keep it and if that won't change quick. keeping body parts can really cause some havoc with the authorities. he could throw the foot in a dumpster or partially bury it somewhere and a worthless police investigation could follow trying to find the rest of the body.

That's great. He can make his own videos. Pretend someone runs over his foot and whips that out.

He can get up close to cars and as they back up. yell and fall and throw the foot out on the ground. "You cut my fukin foot off you asshole! Im gonna sue!"

What scares me? I would so totally do this. Though, I'd do something else besides turning it into a cane. Maybe get some beetles to eat off everything.
