Massive bruising. And swelling. All for one tiny little hole.
Proof!
Just goes to show ya how uttery sensitive and vulnerable balls really are.

That is how much bruising my hubby had after his vasectomy. And that was done via a one hole incision also 22 yrs ago. Dr's use an instrument much like a crochet hook to reach in and pull each vas deferens through the incision.
