That's just scoliosis. I have it myself but not as pronounced, and it can be a lot worse than that.
I thought scoliosis was a spinal curvature issue - this picture just looks to be a deformed rib-cage - perhaps it was a childhood defect that was left. Once puberty hits and the bones grew rapidly, the deformaty became more prenounced ?

Or it could just be lung-dick

Yes, it is her twisted spine that has caused one side of the ribcage to poke out and the other side of the ribcage is up & back. I have the exact same thing but not as pronounced.
