The deformed twin is a parasite... it has anencephaly (its skull never closed and its brain never developed... and it probably would have died long before birth if it didn't have a twin to leech off of.

The non-parasitic twin is totally cute! You know how twins supposedly sense a loss if one of them dies at an early age (even if it's before they can remember)? Would you feel a loss if surgeons got rid of your parasitic twin? |
