Wow that's very odd. It looks like the 2nd twin has anencephaly. I wonder if it is being kept alive though by the 1st twin.

Im guess the prognosis for the 1st twin isn't good. Any more info on this?

I think sometimes they can remove the parasitic twin... it's easier than a separation surgery because it's obvious there's no possibility of saving the parasitic one. Even if it did have any of its own organs, the poor thing obviously has some kind of drastic neural tube failure and wouldn't live no matter what.

Most of hte time the parasitic twin is nothing more than pieces parts anyways.
