Take a careful look, if you have the stomach or guts(no pun, or maybe yes). Many of these medical disasters are hernias, that were not taken care of properly. Some are with constricted toys, thus, no your limits - when in doubt Don't. A few appear to be from poor hygiene take a shower family! I know -- for been nearly there!
