Vertical C-section Infection
Emergency vertical c-section got severely infected. Had to be opened back up to get the infection out and then a wound vac put in place for 3+ months so it could heal.

I wonder when this was…….????? Maybe pre-2000’s? Most, if not all, sections are done horizontally now. I had one in 2000 and 2006 and could not freaking imagine an infection that damn bad.

Vertical c-sections are done when baby or mommy are in distress. Gets baby out faster.
