Varicose Vein
46 year old was having a shower when a tiny scab on his leg came off, which ended up being connected to a varicose vein. Shower looked like an absolute massacre and the result was a 3 day hospital stay. Long shifts as a mechanist for 20+ years and standing for long hours are thought to have led to terrible veins.  ·  · |

Get yourself some long compression socks....which you can use for work or play. Amazon carries them for about $20.00 a pair. Neenca is just 1 brand, but Copper Fit is too & the best deal is BlueMaple which you can get their socks @ 6 pairs for $20.00 total. If you're on your feet that long daily, its best to be safe & take care of your feet & legs, before you face any issues.
