There is no vagina and her ball sac looks like it's had zero operations. There's not even a hole to menstruate out of.

She just looks inter sexed... which could present in a variety of genital/reproductive organ combo's.

She looks to have a weird clit, a ball sac and if the story is correct then she's got all the internals of a female. But if that was the case then she most likely would have had a normal vagina made.

It looks more likely like an inter sexed "male" born w/ no testes or internal testes or some shit like that.
