I know this kind of wound, this is a chemical burn from the inside because of injected beside the vein (all the shits mixed with heroïn/cocaïn). As you can see, the pain is just as terrible as the injury looks like: that's a horrific and very long suffering asking months and months to be treat.This guy must really suffer martyrdom...

this is an internal chemical burn, as stmfg said above. ive seen on in person (from the same prolonged drug use) but it was NOWHERE near this big.... wtf |

This is so gross! That arm is looking so bad, they will probably have to amputate it eventually....if he is still living with all the drug abuse.
