This guy had those bubba teeth. His dentist said he should brush 3-4 times a day since he had such rotten oral hygiene

Teeth and gums can sometimes repair themselves, but, you have to keep them clean even if they bleed.

Bleeding is a sign something is up. It will stop if you continue to brush, assuming your aren't hemorrhaging.
