Argentina. A man, 50, sitting at a table on the sidewalk outside a cafe was surprised by the impact of a glass panel from a balcony that fell from the fourth floor and hit him on the head.

Sources from the Emergency Medical Care System told that the man suffered a head injury and lacerations to his head and part of his left arm, where three tendons were severed. He was out of danger and gave him more than 20 stitches.

He was fortunate it was glass and not something harder. He needed surgery to repair all those tendons as well. More than 20 stitches were needed of that I’m sure.
