Child with previously unknown renal disease, first diagnosed in Iraq by Dr. Gunther. The speculation is that the child had played with DU ammunition casings.

I can't think of many mass uses for depleted uranium shells. It's not like we don't know they cause issues if handled regularly. A-10's store their spent casings within the chassis to maintain balance.
