So basically what i get from this is that everywhere they injected themselves necrosis started to eat away at the tissue surrounding the area of the needle puncture and moves on from there. It's a lot like the venom of a rattlesnake in that aspect. At the end it shows a foot in which all of the toes and front part of the entire foot looked practically melted away. It's probably because that person was injecting the drug between his or her toes to hide marks. It's a common way for addicts who inject to hide needle marks.
