At least in the first vid they're showing proper medical care by keeping the intestines as clean as they possibly can before attempting reinsertion.

Before he was on the stretcher he was probably jumping and running around like a crazy person in the ring.  It really looks like great fun getting tossed around by the horns of fifteen hundred pound pissed of bull.  Roughly 680 kilos for those other folks. . |
