Chances are it will never walk or stand. Horses are built so they carry the majority of their weight from their front legs to their nose. God only knows why, since most of their body is behind it. Anyway, since they are built in a way that almost all their weight goes on their front legs, it's just not likely that it will ever walk or even stand without them.
