Wtf, her vagina? The babies are not coming out of her vagina, are you not aware that a C-section is when they cut the babies out of your stomach via a large incision in the lower abdomen?

I almost naturally gave birth to my daughter like this. But they broke my water, and not even a few minutes later she came.
