In the last pictures of Huang Chuncai from China (AKA "TUMOR MAN") one he is bald and the other he has hair. Did he shave his head or is that a toupee?

In the very last picture if you look to the left where the big blob of tumor is does it look like he has an extra mouth and chin? Like that part of the tumor use to be his mouth and chin then it slid out of place and was replaced with more tumor. Am I the only one seeing this?
